Read on the official pages, and what did not add up

Every factual claim on this site has a read date. This page lists what we found on the most recent pass, including the things that did not line up.

Latest pass

Checked on 2026-10-09

  • All sixteen category destinations resolved.
  • The freight estimator loaded without an account; DIY Orders and Forwarding both redirected to the sign-up form.
  • The Service Agreement, Refund and Return Policy, Inspection Policy and Anti-counterfeit Policy were all reachable and were read in full.
  • One footer link, labelled Payment, returned a 404.

Nothing here is a complaint. It is the state of the pages on one day, written down so that the next pass has something to compare against.

Official announcements and offers

What the agent was promoting on this pass

Two official notices were on screen without an account on 2026-10-09.

  • A banner across the top of the home page inviting new users to a coupon offer and to the Discord for support and giveaways.
  • The sign-up page itself carries a new-user shipping coupon offer, shown as a figure on the artwork beside the form.

We are not reprinting the amount as a fact of this site. Promotional figures are the operator's own, they change without notice, and a number copied here would keep looking current long after it expired. Read it on the sign-up page, where it is dated by being live.

Worth knowing what a shipping coupon is before valuing one: it discounts the international leg, which is the bill the estimator quotes, not the goods.

Both readings

Three things the official pages say twice

Where the source contradicts itself we print both rather than choose. Choosing would mean guessing, and the guess would look like a fact.

On how many hours a day support runs

  • About Us body: 7*24-hour service
  • Site footer, same page: 7x9Hours (Beijing Time 09:00~18:00)

On which payment methods are accepted

  • Footer text: PayPal | VISA | ALIPAY | Union Pay (four, includes Union Pay)
  • Footer image payment.png: PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, JCB (eight, no Union Pay)

On the shopping guide page itself

Eight payment method logos in two rows
The footer image and the footer text disagree about payment methods.

    Elsewhere

    Where people compare notes

The agent runs a Discord, linked from its own home page. Community rooms are useful for one thing in particular: finding out whether a problem is yours alone or everyone's that week.

Treat screenshots there the way you would treat any screenshot. A refund someone received is not a policy, and a complaint is not a pattern until it repeats.

There are mobile apps for both platforms, linked from the home page footer.

Two square download codes side by side
Download codes from the official footer.

    Current verification status

Reviewed 11 October 2026. The promotional observations above are dated 9 October; no offer is guaranteed to remain active. No independently verified, dated community order case is confirmed by this guide. Check a report’s date, destination, route and final outcome before applying it to your order.
