A registered name and a street address is the single most useful thing an agent can publish, because it is the one claim that can be checked independently. This one is stated consistently across the About and Contact pages and in the footer of every page.
The hours are less consistent. The About page body advertises round-the-clock service; the footer on the same page gives 09:00 to 18:00 Beijing time. Both readings are printed on the updates page..

Honest assessment
Why this agent, and when to use a different one
EastMallBuy offers domestic purchasing, warehouse handling and international shipping. Compare the conditions of each service with your item, destination and budget.
What is genuinely good here. The limits are published and specific: the liability position on the international leg, the deposit rule, the return window, the exclusions in the inspection policy. The freight estimator works without an account, which lets you price the expensive half before committing to anything.
When to use someone else. If you need a published service-fee percentage or storage terms before you commit, they are not on the public pages here, and an agent that publishes both is a better fit. If you need support outside Beijing working hours, the staffed window is the figure to plan around rather than the round-the-clock claim. And if your order is mostly liquids, read the route restrictions before anything else.

Money
How this site is funded, and what that does not buy
Some links here carry a referral code. If you sign up through one, this site is paid. That is the whole funding model and there is no other arrangement.
What it does not buy: the contradictions stay on the page, the missing fee figures are named as missing rather than guessed, and there is no ranking of agents because a ranking here would be an invented number with a commercial interest attached. A guide that only ever agrees with the thing it is paid to recommend is not worth reading, and would not survive its own first check.
Corrections are welcome. Everything factual carries the date it was read, which makes it possible to tell when something has gone stale.
