First judgement
How to choose a seller
Buried in the Service Agreement is a concrete recommendation, which is more than most guides give you.
We recommend that you choose to buy goods from stores with a reputation of more than three hearts and have paid the Taobao deposit
Service Agreement, read 2026-10-09
Two tests in one line. The rating tier, and whether the seller has posted a deposit with the marketplace. The second one matters more than it sounds: a seller who has money at stake has something to lose from a dispute.
Add one of our own: prefer a seller whose photographs include the size label. It costs them nothing and it tells you they expect to be checked.

Second judgement
How to choose the item
- Read the measurement table, not the size letter. Letters mean different things across sellers. Centimetres do not.
- Check what the price includes. Variants are often priced as the cheapest option with the real one costing more.
- Prefer listings with buyer photographs. They are the only images the seller did not choose.
- Weigh it in your head before you buy. Bulky and light is the combination that gets billed by volume.

Third judgement
How to judge an agent, including this one
Four questions that can be answered from public pages, without an account.
Is there a named company?
Eastmall (HK) Technology Co., Limited, at FLAT/RM A 12/F ZJ 300, 300 LOCKHART ROAD, WAN CHAI, HONG KONG. Checkable.
Is there a reachable human?
[email protected] for support. Note that staffed hours and the round-the-clock claim disagree on the same page.
Does it publish its limits?
Yes, and in detail: liability for the international leg, the return window, the deposit rule.
Do the public pages hold together?
Partly. Three contradictions were on screen the day we checked, including a help-centre link in the footer that returns a 404.
Those four work on any agent. Run them yourself rather than taking a ranking from a site that gets paid per sign-up.
