Which official pages are worth your time

Four, in this order. The Service Agreement, because the liability and deposit clauses are there. The Refund and Return Policy, for the window. The Inspection Policy, for what a check excludes. The estimator FAQ, for the weight rules.

One practical warning. The footer link labelled Payment points at https://eastmallbuy.com/web/index/help/info/id/3.html and returns a 404. It is the agent's own broken link, not yours; use the help centre index instead.

The user registration agreement page, listing limitation of liability and governing law among the clauses it asks you to accept

Frequently asked

Short answers to frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to look around?

No. The catalogue here and the agent's freight estimator both work without one. DIY Orders and Forwarding do not.

Is the price on a listing the price I pay?

No. It is the goods only. Domestic shipping and the international leg are billed separately.

Can I cancel after ordering?

It depends on the order type. A Taobao deposit order cannot be cancelled, and the deposit is lost if the balance runs late. Check your own case.

Who pays if the parcel is lost?

On the international leg, compensation follows the carrier's standard. The agreement states the agent bears no joint liability, though you can authorise it to negotiate for you.

What about customs?

The estimator FAQ puts it in one sentence: We are not responsible for any customs seizure.
