What a quality check is, and what it is not
QC here means someone at the warehouse photographs the item before it ships. It is a look, not a laboratory. It catches the wrong colour, the wrong size label, an obvious flaw, a missing accessory.
What a photograph cannot settle: how it wears, whether the electronics work properly, whether a smell fades. Agents generally exclude those explicitly, and the exclusions are the part worth reading, because they are the part the marketing pages never mention.

Practice
How to read a QC photo
- Find the size label and read it, not the listing. The label is the only thing in the photo that the seller cannot restyle.
- Count the parts. Laces, spare buttons, dust bag, warranty card. Missing parts are the single most common fixable complaint, and only fixable before the parcel ships.
- Look at the stitching where it turns a corner. Straight runs look fine on almost anything. Corners do not.
- Compare against the listing photo, not your memory of it. Open both side by side.
- Decide while the item is still in the warehouse. Once it is on the international leg, the question stops being about the goods.

The window
Five days, and one free return in thirty
such return and/or exchange service may be enjoyed only once within 30 days free of charge, or otherwise, the subsequent return and/or exchange may be provided with certain charge, and even part of orders may not be returned and/or exchanged
Service Agreement, read 2026-10-09
Three things are packed into that sentence. Five days to return without giving a reason. The free return is available once in a 30-day window. And after that first one, a further return can carry a charge, with some orders excluded entirely.
The practical reading: the free return is a resource you spend. Spending it on something you could have settled from a check photo leaves you without it for the thing you could not.
Once only
The last metre
Two ways a parcel comes back, and only one is free
A returned parcel is not one situation. The policy splits it by where it was stopped, and the bill lands on a different person in each case.
| Why it came back | Who pays the reship | Official wording |
|---|---|---|
| Returned from abroad international security inspection failure, undeliverable, address unknown, undelivered | You do | the re-shipping cost shall be borne by you |
| Stopped on the way out, at Chinese customs domestic security inspection failure | The agent does | generally you do not have to worry, after the package is returned, we can arrange free re-shipping |
Worth knowing before choosing a route for anything borderline. A failure on the way out costs you nothing; the same failure at the other end does.
And at the door
The policy asks you to inspect in front of the courier and note problems on the waybill before accepting, refusing outright if something is wrong. If you did not, there is a window of 2 days after acceptance to keep the box and the sealed tape, photograph the goods and apply.
If the package is damaged or missing items and you did not sign for it in front of the courier, please keep the outer packaging box (including the sealed adhesive tape) within 2 days after acceptance (based on the logistics provider's website delivery time) and provide information such as the invoice and goods photo to contact us to apply for compensation from the post office.
